What do you mean when you say "Any Size?"
“Any Size” is a reference to the minimum and maximum size that our manufacturing partner can build your windows at. Currently the minimum for a double hung window is 14¼” X 25¼” and a maximum of 42″ X 72″.
What methods of payment will you accept?
Window Town prefers payment by check, but we can also accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We require a standard 50% deposit when you order your new windows and the balance upon installation of your replacement windows & doors.
Will you need access to the inside of my home?
Do you install windows during the winter?
Window Town installs windows and patio doors all year long. A vast majority of all of Window Town’s installations take place in just one day so you can start enjoying the benefits of your new, energy efficient windows immediately without the need to wait for warmer weather. Our installers will install one window at a time and are trained to close any doors to the room they are working in to minimize heat loss.

What warranty is available with the windows?
Window Town replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty for residential properties. Contact us for more details.
Will you dispose of my old windows and construction debris?
